In terms of news, GLOBAL NEW MAT previously announced that they had purchased a total of 1.1218 million shares of CQV, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, between July 2025 and October 2025. After the increase in shareholding, the company now holds a total of 5.5118 million shares of CQV, representing approximately 50.75% of the total number of shares issued by CQV. The announcement stated that through this increase in shareholding, the company aims to strengthen its control over overseas core assets, enhance the synergy of its global business, and reinforce governance stability. As an important part of the group's merger and acquisition integration strategy, CQV possesses a mature technical system, high-quality customer resources, and stable profitability, making it a key support for the group's overseas expansion strategy of "materials + innovation + all scenarios".
