MINTH GROUP (00425): Precision Industries has passed the technical verification of Taiwanese AI server manufacturers for immersion liquid cooling cabinets.

MINTH GROUP (00425) announced that its subsidiary, Precision Industry, has recently received an order from a Taiwanese AI server manufacturer to design, develop, and produce AI server immersion liquid cooling cabinets according to customer specifications. As of the date of this announcement, Precision Industry has passed the technical verification for immersion liquid cooling cabinets for this customer. The related products are expected to be delivered in batches starting from mid-November 2025. Furthermore, as of the date of this announcement, the Group has also passed the splitter technical verification from another Taiwanese AI server liquid cooling system manufacturer and received related orders, with the first batch of products expected to be delivered by the end of December 2025. The final customers for the above-mentioned products are global semiconductor companies. In order to meet the delivery requirements of these orders and future potential orders, the Group has established a joint venture with Fuman Technology to expand AI server liquid cooling system-related businesses, and has built a production factory in Jiaxing. As of the date of this announcement, the production factory has the capability for small-scale production, and is expected to reach mass production levels by the end of December 2025. Due to the continuous growth in demand for AI solutions across various industries, the global AI server liquid cooling system market is expected to experience rapid development. The Group has established a comprehensive global-scale production capacity in the automotive sector, possessing leading development and production technologies and related intellectual property rights in products such as automotive battery box components and liquid cooling plates. These products can achieve clean, leak-free, safe, and reliable high-performance, ensuring the mass production and delivery of core liquid cooling system components. Additionally, as mentioned in the latest interim report of the Company, the Group is actively expanding into new tracks and products to develop a second growth curve, focusing on research and development in emerging areas such as AI, Siasun Robot & Automation, low-altitude economy, and smart travel. The Group has established a joint venture partnership with Fuman Technology, a leading company in the liquid cooling system industry with over two decades of experience in technical research and batch production.
