CCOE(08286): Liquidation request hearing postponed to December 3rd.

CCOE (08286) announced that on the morning of October 31, 2025, at 9:30 am, representatives of the company and the petitioner's respective lawyers (both parties) attended a winding-up petition hearing at the High Court regarding the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance Chapter 32 "Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance". As the company and the petitioner are in discussions for a settlement, both parties' lawyers jointly applied to the Chief Justice of the High Court to postpone the hearing. The Chief Justice ordered the winding-up petition hearing to be postponed to December 3, 2025, at 10:30 am.
