According to the prospectus, Haote Energy is a leading energy management solutions provider from China, focusing on the data center segment. Through a strategic approach of technology-driven and deep cultivation of scenes, the company provides a full lifecycle service system for energy management solutions, covering consulting services, solution design, equipment selection and procurement, project integration and implementation, and system maintenance. The company's solutions are widely used in data centers (including AI computing data centers and edge data centers), smart industrial parks, intelligent factories, and multi-purpose commercial complexes, covering a wide range of scenarios in multiple fields.
According to Frost & Sullivan data, based on revenue in 2024, the company is the 5th largest independent data center energy management solutions provider in China and the 9th largest data center energy management solutions provider in China.
The company focuses on the research and sales of energy-saving technologies and systems, with key areas including AI computing data centers, edge data centers, high-performance computing clusters, and comprehensive energy management for data centers.
