The board of directors announced that as of the final deadline for acceptance of the rights shares on October 27, 2025 (Monday) at 4:00 pm, a total of 11 valid acceptances have been received, involving a total of 7.4965 million shares, equivalent to approximately 16.36% of the total shares offered. Therefore, the undersubscribed rights issue is 38.3262 million shares, equivalent to approximately 83.64% of the total shares offered, and these shares will be handled according to compensation arrangements.
The placing agent will use best efforts to encourage subscribers to subscribe for all (or as many as possible) of the unsubscribed rights shares and shares not taken up by ineligible shareholders by no later than November 11, 2025 (Tuesday).
