BANK OF JIUJIANG (06190) announced that on October 31, 2025, the board of directors approved adjustments to the composition of the following board committees, effective from October 31, 2025, until the end of the term of the seventh board of directors: Ms. Wang Wanqiu, an independent non-executive director of the Bank, was appointed as a member of the board nomination and remuneration committee, and no longer serves as a member of the board consumer rights protection committee; Mr. Guo Jiequn, an independent non-executive director of the Bank, was appointed as a member of the board consumer rights protection committee, and no longer serves as a member of the board nomination and remuneration committee.
