WAI HUNG GROUP (03321) has announced that Ms. Dong Qing has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, effective from October 31, 2025. Following Ms. Dong's resignation, the company will not be able to comply with the Listing Rule 3.10(1) and 3.10A, as well as the Code on Corporate Governance Practice B.3.5. To comply with the Listing Rules, the company will make every effort to identify suitable candidates for the position of independent non-executive director on the Board as soon as possible.
