SHIN HWA WORLD (00582) announced that as of 4 pm on October 24, 2025 (the deadline for acceptance of the rights issue shares and payment of shares and the application for additional rights issue shares and payment of shares): (i) 19 valid acceptances of provisional quotas have been received, involving a total of 503 million shares of rights issue shares, equivalent to approximately 27.58% of the total 1.826 billion shares of rights issue shares offered for sale under the rights issue proposal; (ii) 15 valid applications for additional rights issue shares have been received, involving a total of 1.3897 billion shares of rights issue shares, equivalent to approximately 76.12% of the total 1.826 billion shares of rights issue shares offered for sale under the rights issue proposal. In total, 34 valid acceptances and applications involving 1.893 billion shares of rights issue shares have been accepted, equivalent to approximately 103.69% of the total 1.826 billion shares of rights issue shares offered for sale under the rights issue proposal.
All conditions as stated in the rights issue prospectus have been met, and the rights issue became unconditional as of 5 pm on October 27, 2025. The total proceeds from the rights issue are approximately HK$182.6 million, with an estimated net proceeds of approximately HK$179 million.
