WAI HUNG GROUP (03321) announced that Ms. Dong Qing has decided to resign as an executive director of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, in order to allocate more time to other business responsibilities. The resignation will be effective as of October 31, 2025.
