BRIGHTSTAR TECH (08446) announced that on October 31, 2025, the company (as the seller) intends to sell all the issued shares of the company (Anxu Technology Limited) to Syno Strategy Ltd (as the buyer) for a total consideration of 110 million Hong Kong dollars.
The group being sold is mainly engaged in providing information technology consulting services in China; providing hotel reservation and conference planning services in China; and providing one-stop technology consulting services and solutions, as well as operating and managing an e-commerce platform in China. After reviewing the performance and strategic focus of the group, the directors believe that terminating the non-core information technology consulting and hotel reservation and conference planning businesses in China, streamlining operations, reducing losses, and reallocating management and financial resources to strengthen and expand the core visual display solutions business of the group, is in the best interest of the group.
