WEBX INTL HLDGS (08521) announced that on October 31, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wise Cloud Ventures Limited (the Buyer), entered into a leasing service agreement with Pansemi (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (the Supplier or Pansemi) to purchase computing power. The service period is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. The total amount payable by the Buyer for the computing power is $3.9 million USD, and the Buyer must make a one-time full payment to the Supplier's designated account within 3 natural days after signing the leasing service agreement. The Supplier will only allocate and deliver the computing power after receiving the full payment. The Supplier shall allocate and enable the Buyer with an effective computing power of 897.726 billion hashes per second.
