MINIEYE (02431) signed a construction engineering construction contract with Henan Gejiu Construction.

MINIEYE (02431) announced that on October 31, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Tongxiang Wuzhen Youjia signed a construction engineering contract with Henan Gejiu Construction for the project. According to this, Henan Gejiu Construction agreed to undertake the construction engineering of the project. Henan Gejiu Construction will be responsible for the construction engineering of the project. The project involves the construction of facilities for the production of 600,000 intelligent driving assistance products per year, located in Wuzhen Town, Tongxiang City, on the east side of Shangtamu Port and on the north side of Canal Road. The total site area of the project is approximately 27,687.33 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 57,784.03 square meters. The scope of the construction engineering undertaken by Henan Gejiu Construction for the project includes but is not limited to: earthworks, pile foundation engineering, civil engineering, door and window engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, fire engineering, interior and exterior decoration, municipal pipeline engineering, road engineering, landscaping engineering, and wall and gate engineering (including temporary and permanent) projects. The signing of the construction engineering contract is conducive to the realization of the company's future business strategy. After the project is completed, it is expected to improve the group's production efficiency, production capacity, and adapt to the needs of high-end equipment manufacturing, meeting the business development needs of the group.
