Bestsun Energy (600681.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Baichuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Baichuan Management"), intends to invest a total of 215 million yuan through equity acquisition and capital increase to acquire a 22.86% stake in Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronics"). After the completion of this equity acquisition and capital increase, the company will hold a 25.20% stake in Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronics.
