Aluminum Corporation Of China (02600) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation from Li Xiehua on October 31, 2025. Due to work needs, Li Xiehua has resigned from his positions as non-executive director, member of the Board remuneration committee, and member of the Board development planning committee, effective immediately. After his resignation, Li Xiehua will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries.
