STREAM IDEAS (08401): Chen Zhaohong appointed as authorized representative.

STREAM IDEAS (08401) announced that Ms. Gao Huixian has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the company, effective from October 31, 2025. After her resignation, Ms. Gao will no longer hold any position within the group. Following Ms. Gao's resignation, Mr. Chen Zhaohong (Mr. Chen) will continue to serve as Joint Company Secretary, becoming the sole Company Secretary. Ms. Zhang Li will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, effective from October 31, 2025. After ceasing to be the authorized representative, Ms. Zhang will continue to serve as an executive director of the company. Mr. Chen has been appointed as the new authorized representative, effective from October 31, 2025.
