IWS (00923) appoints Grant Thornton as its new auditor.

IWS (00923) announced that after considering that KPMG has been the company's auditor for over 12 years, the Board of Directors has reviewed the need to change auditors. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited (Grant Thornton) as the company's new auditor, effective from October 31, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG, until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
