Tailam Techcon (06193) announced that as of October 31, 2025, Mr. Tsui Yuk Shu will resign as an independent non-executive director and will also step down as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; and Mr. Wong Kit Wai will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
