YIBIN BANK (02596) announced that Ms. Jiang Lin has submitted her resignation to the board of directors, citing personal reasons, from her positions as executive director and CEO of the bank. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations as well as the bank's articles of association, Ms. Jiang's resignation will take effect on October 30, 2025. She will no longer perform the duties of the CEO or be considered for an executive director position.
The board of directors of the bank approved on October 30, 2025 (1) the appointment of Mr. Guo Hua as the CEO of the bank, and also recommended his appointment as an executive director of the bank; (2) the recommendation of Mr. Liu Kelin as a non-executive director of the bank.
