The announcement stated that during the reporting period, the company adhered to strategic leadership, continued to deepen the "product + scene + service" innovation model while focusing on the duty-free business, closely following changes in consumer demand, continuously innovating consumer scenes, and stimulating consumption vitality. During the reporting period, stores in the Hainan region deepened the integration of "duty-free + cultural tourism" scenes, establishing a strong first store matrix, introducing the first national exhibition of POP MARTDIMOO's theme "natural shapes," and the first flash store of Disney Store in Sanya. Through a composite model of "duty-free + experience + social interaction," the duty-free shopping space was upgraded to a cultural tourism destination that is enjoyable, interactive, and shareable. According to data released by Haikou Customs, Hainan's off-island duty-free monthly sales in September 2025 increased by 3.4% year-on-year, showing a positive growth trend after nearly 18 months of decline.
