TIANJUDIHE (02479) announced that Hong Kong's Li Xinde Hao Certified Public Accountants LLP has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from the date of this announcement. Additionally, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been decided to appoint Guowei Certified Public Accountants LLP as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Li Xinde Hao, effective from the date of this announcement, but subject to re-election at the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
