PIONEER GLOBAL (00224) announced that, due to the resignation of Zheng Zheng Certified Public Accountants as the auditor, there is a vacancy for the position. The board, at the recommendation of the audit committee, has decided to propose the appointment of Tianzhi Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tianzhi) as the new auditor to audit the financial statements of the company for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The appointment will continue until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders in 2026, subject to approval at a special shareholders' meeting.
