Jiangsu Xukuang Energy (600925.SH) announced that the #2 unit (1000MW) of the Ulaan Gaige 21000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation project completed 168 hours of full-load trial operation on October 30, 2025, and officially entered commercial operation. The Ulaan Gaige 21000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units are operated by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Suneng (Xilinguole) Power Generation Co., Ltd. The project is located in the Ulaan Gaiga Management District of Xilinguole League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a supporting power supply point for the "Mongolian Electricity to Jiangsu" project - the "Ximei ~ Taizhou" 800kV UHV DC transmission line, serving the Jiangsu market after production. This project was previously selected as one of the fourth batch of major technical equipment in the energy field by the National Energy Administration, filling the gap in China's million-ton brown coal-fired power generation units. The commissioning of the #2 unit (1000MW) of this project marks the comprehensive completion of the company's IPO-funded project - Ulaan Gaige 21000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation project, officially entering commercial operation. The company's installed capacity of electric power will achieve significant growth, and the industrial structure and layout will be further optimized.
