On October 29, the national major chronic disease prevention and control innovation integration pilot project - "High-quality workplace health management pilot work (Shanghai) seminar" ended successfully in Shanghai.
On October 29, 2025, the national pilot project for the integration of major chronic disease prevention and control innovations - the "High-Quality Workplace Health Management Pilot Work (Shanghai) Promotion Conference" successfully concluded in Shanghai. The conference was co-hosted by the National Committee for the Integration of Major Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Innovations and the High-Quality Workplace Health Management Pilot Work Committee, aiming to actively respond to and promote the implementation of the "High-Quality Workplace Health Management Pilot Work" in Shanghai. The conference focused on improving high-quality workplace health management services to help enterprises build a culture of health, enhance the health literacy of employees, and create replicable demonstration samples, providing the "Shanghai practice model" for the precise implementation of the Healthy China strategy. The conference was attended by representatives from various industries, including the Secretary-General of the National Committee for the Integration of Major Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Innovations and the Secretary-General of the High-Quality Workplace Health Management Pilot Work Committee, as well as professors and experts in the field of health management. Keynote speeches were made to elaborate on the strategies, implementation plans, and practical cases of high-quality workplace health management in Shanghai. During the conference, there were discussions on the importance of preventative health measures, the integration of medical and health services, data-driven approaches, and the establishment of standards for workplace health management. Various case studies were shared to demonstrate the successful implementation of workplace health management practices, as well as insights from Ping An Insurance on building high-quality workplace health programs.
