SHANGHAI FUDAN (01385) announced that the Board of Directors of SHANGHAI FUDAN Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Company") received a written resignation report from Mr. Diao Linshan, the Deputy General Manager of the Company, on October 28th. Mr. Diao Linshan resigned from the position of Deputy General Manager of the Company and from the positions he held in the subsidiary companies due to personal reasons. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Diao Linshan will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries.
