SUNSHINE (00509): The Luozhuang District Court will auction the trademark of a Shandong company, with a starting price of approximately 42.925 million yuan.

SUNSHINE (00509) announces that several creditors of the company's non-wholly owned subsidiaries, Shandong Hongri Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shandong Hongri Fertilizer Sales Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "Shandong Company"), have applied to the Luozhuan District People's Court of Linyi City, Shandong Province (Luozhuan District Court) for the auction of a total of 64 registered trademark exclusive rights owned by Shandong Company (Shandong Company trademarks). The Luozhuan District Court will conduct the auction on October 31, 2025, with a total reserve price of approximately RMB 42.925 million. The proceeds from the auction will be used to repay the relevant debts of Shandong Company. The company is actively seeking solutions to improve the liquidity of the group, including but not limited to selling non-core businesses or non-core assets of the group. Due to the requirements of the local government's urban-rural integration project, Shandong Hongri Chemical Co., Ltd. has ceased operation and production, and the factory has been demolished. The rights to use the Shandong Company trademarks have been granted to other subsidiary companies of the group, valid until April 30, 2039. As of the date of this announcement, the ownership of the Shandong Company trademarks has not been auctioned. If there are no interested parties to participate in the assignment, the Shandong Company trademarks may not be successfully sold.
