Pharmaron Beijing (03759) announced that Mr. Zeng Kunhong has voluntarily resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the third board of directors, as well as from the positions of the board's audit committee, compensation and assessment committee, and nomination committee. On October 28, 2025, the board of directors deliberated and passed a resolution to nominate Professor Zeng Jinfeng as a candidate for the by-election of an independent non-executive director of the third board of directors. Pending Professor Zeng's appointment at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors has approved the election of Professor Zeng to serve as a member of the board's audit committee, compensation and assessment committee, and nomination committee.
