JINTAI ENERGY H (02728) announced that Mr. Jiang Hao has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from October 28, 2025, due to the need to dedicate more time to his other business commitments. As a result, Mr. Jiang will also no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee from the same date. Following Mr. Jiang's resignation from the audit committee, Ms. Bai Jie, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee to replace Mr. Jiang, effective from October 28, 2025.
