FIRST TRACTOR (00038) has announced that, effective from October 28, 2025: Ms. Yu Lina has retired as the company's company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Liu Bin has been appointed as one of the joint company secretaries. Ms. Huang Yating has been appointed as the other joint company secretary and authorized representative.
