FE HORIZON (03360) announced that on October 28, 2025, the company has extracted a total value of 8 billion yen through a private placement transaction and issuance of notes under the plan. The extracted notes are exempted from the registration requirements under the Securities Law and are denominated in Japanese yen. The company intends to use all or part of the net proceeds or equivalent amount specifically for financing and/or refinancing green and social projects under the company's sustainable financing framework.
