According to relevant regulations and board resolutions, Ms. Wang Peishi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the bank, as well as a member of the board's audit committee, the risk management and consumer rights protection committee, and the America Regional Institution Risk Committee. Her appointment as a member of the related party transaction control committee has also taken effect.
