On October 28, Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology, Inc. (603588.SH) announced that in order to deepen the company's international strategy layout, further enhance the company's overall competitiveness, improve the company's international brand image, and better utilize the international capital market and diversify financing channels, they are planning to issue overseas listed shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. As of now, the company is in discussions with relevant intermediaries regarding the issuance of H shares and listing, and the details of the issuance and listing have not been finalized. The issuance of H shares and listing will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.
According to relevant regulations, after the specific plan is determined, the issuance of H shares and listing still needs to be submitted to the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting for deliberation, and approval or authorization must be obtained from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, among other relevant government and regulatory authorities. The approval and implementation of the issuance of H shares and listing through the review, filing, and approval procedures have significant uncertainties.

The company's main business is mainly divided into three major sectors: the utilization of solid and hazardous waste resources, environmental operation services, and environmental engineering.
Recently, Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology, Inc. released its third quarter report for 2025, with the company's operating income for the first three quarters reaching 10.16 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.28%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 646 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.18%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 600 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.03%. The basic earnings per share were 0.424 yuan.
