S-ENJOY SERVICE (01755) announces that Ms. Ng Sau Mei (Ms. Ng) has resigned as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), and authorized agent for receiving legal process and notices on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), due to other work arrangements, with effect from October 27, 2025. Following Ms. Ng's resignation, Ms. Choi Ka Yan (Ms. Choi) has been appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and authorized agent for legal process, with effect from October 27, 2025. Mr. Chan Ping (Mr. Chan) will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
