Midea Real Estate (03990) announced that, effective October 27, 2025, Mr. Wang Da is currently serving as the Executive Director and President of the company, will be reassigned as Co-Chairman, Executive Director, and President of the company, co-chairing the board of directors with Mr. Hao Hengle. Mr. Hao Hengle will no longer serve as the Authorized Representative, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee; while Mr. Wang Da has been appointed as the Authorized Representative, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee.
