NIU Holdings (08619) announced that on October 27, 2025, the company has granted a total of 4.4809 million share options to several directors and employees of the group under the share option scheme. However, these options can only be exercised after acceptance by the grantee. These share options will entitle the grantee to subscribe for a total of 4.4809 million ordinary shares of the company with a par value of HK$0.10 per share.
