S-ENJOY SERVICE (01755) announced that, starting from October 27, 2025: Mr. Wang Xiaosong has resigned as a non-executive director; Mr. Lv Xiaoping has resigned as a non-executive director and is no longer a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Lu Zhongming has resigned as a non-executive director and is no longer a member of the audit committee; Mr. Qi Xiaoming has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Jiang Xuzhi has been appointed as a member of the audit committee.
