Aluminum Corporation Of China (02600): China Aluminum's high-end Yunnan Aluminum and Kunming Copper Industry plan to increase their capital by a total of 906.45 million yuan through cash or assets to Yunnan Aluminum Foil.

Aluminum Corporation Of China (02600) announced that, after being reviewed and approved by the 5th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of the company, its subsidiary Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Aluminium) intends to enter into a capital increase agreement with Aluminum Corporation Of China Group High-end Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Chinalco High-end), Northwest Aluminium Co., Ltd. (Northwest Aluminium), Kunming Copper Co., Ltd. (Kunming Copper), and Aluminum Corporation Of China Aluminium Foil (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Aluminium Foil). According to this agreement, Chinalco High-end, Yunnan Aluminium, and Kunming Copper intend to increase the capital of Yunnan Aluminium Foil by a total of 906.45 million yuan through cash or assets, with Chinalco High-end contributing 229 million yuan in cash, Yunnan Aluminium contributing 500 million yuan in cash, and Kunming Copper contributing 177.45 million yuan in cash and assets (including 89 million yuan in cash and 88.45 million yuan in assets such as land use rights, above-ground structures, and related debt). Northwest Aluminium will not participate in this capital increase. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Yunnan Aluminium Foil will increase from the current 800 million yuan to 1.147 billion yuan. Chinalco High-end, Northwest Aluminium, Yunnan Aluminium, and Kunming Copper will hold 68.31%, 9.06%, 16.70%, and 5.93% of the shares of Yunnan Aluminium Foil, respectively. As of the date of this announcement, Yunnan Aluminium is a subsidiary of the company, Aluminum Corporation Of China is the controlling shareholder of the company, and Chinalco High-end, Northwest Aluminium, Kunming Copper, and Yunnan Aluminium Foil are all subsidiaries of Aluminum Corporation Of China.
