Elephant Holdings (08635) announced that its board of directors has received a notice from Eternal (which is wholly owned by Ms. Di Xiaoguang, an executive director and the controlling shareholder of the company) to further sell a total of 115 million shares through on-market transactions on the stock exchange platform from September 24, 2025 to October 27, 2025 (the second sale). Prior to the second sale, Eternal held 283 million shares, representing approximately 59.06% of the issued shares. After the second sale and as of the date of this announcement, Eternal holds 168 million shares, representing 35% of the issued shares, and remains the controlling shareholder of the company.
