CYBERNAUT INT'L (01020) announced that, effective from October 27, 2025, Mr. Zhang Yongle has resigned from his position as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the company, due to his decision to devote more time to other business responsibilities. With Mr. Zhang's resignation, the board has appointed Mr. Ma Jianling as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative of the company.
