CYBERNAUT INT'L (01020) announced that Mr. Kong Junmin has been appointed as an executive director, effective from October 27, 2025.
Mr. Zhu Min has resigned as the chairman of the board due to work arrangements, effective from October 27, 2025. After resigning as chairman, Mr. Zhu will continue to serve as an executive director. Mr. Kong has been appointed as the new chairman of the board, also effective from October 27, 2025.
