CANSINOBIO (06185) announced that Mr. Gui Shuifa and Mr. Liu Jianzhong have submitted their resignations as independent non-executive directors. The reason for their resignation is that their six-year term as independent non-executive directors is about to expire. In addition, Mr. Zuo Min and Ms. Ji Xuefeng have been nominated as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the third board of directors, subject to approval by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting.
