ZMJ Group (00564) announced that the board of directors held a meeting on October 27, 2025 and passed a resolution to elect the company's directors Meng Hechao, Li Kaishun, and Yao Yanqiu as members of the sixth board of directors' strategic and sustainable development committee. Director Ji Feng was elected as a member of the sixth board of directors' nomination committee. These appointments are effective from October 27, 2025 and will be in line with the term of the sixth board of directors of the company.
