SHUN WO GROUP (01591): Lai Kwok Fai resigns as executive director

SHUN WO GROUP (01591) announced that Mr. Li Kwok Fai has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company, as well as Director of Mei City and various subsidiaries of the group, effective from October 27, 2025. Following his resignation, Mr. Li Kwok Fai will assume the role of Maintenance Director of Union Engineering Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
