GUOFUHEE (02582) joins hands with PT. BTG Singapore to sign a contract, jointly opening up the Southeast Asian hydrogen consumption market.

On October 25, 2025, Jiangsu GUOFUHEE Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GUOFUHEE") (02582) officially signed a hydrogen energy strategic cooperation agreement with PT. Batam Teknogi Gas (hereinafter referred to as "PT. BTG") in Singapore. The two parties will focus on the hydrogen energy field in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia to promote regional low-carbon economic development through industrial synergy, supporting the implementation of the "dual carbon" goals. PT. BTG, founded by entrepreneur Hendri who specializes in industrial gases and manufacturing, is a leading provider of industrial and medical gas solutions on Batam Island. Holding multiple international ISO certifications, PT. BTG has years of experience in gas utilization and transportation in Indonesia, as well as mature industrial resources in Indonesia and Malaysia. They also have hydrogen utilization capabilities in Singapore, which can support GUOFUHEE's liquid hydrogen services for local demand. Singapore's "Smart Nation 2025" plan clearly states the goal of becoming the computing hub of the Asia-Pacific region by 2030. In the data center sector, through the DC-CFA pilot program, Singapore is establishing a strict access mechanism requiring companies to submit new energy supply plans. The "green hydrogen + green electricity" model has become a market focus. Leveraging resources from PT. BTG, GUOFUHEE is deploying a market model of "cross-regional green hydrogen supply chain connection + modular hydrogen power generation + AI intelligent energy efficiency management" to accurately respond to the green energy needs of computing infrastructure. As a Chinese full industrial chain solution provider for hydrogen equipment, GUOFUHEE has core capabilities in "manufacturing, storing, transporting, adding, and using." Previously, they have established a presence in Singapore and Malaysia, joint venture to build a green hydrogen refueling station in Singapore and signed a liquid hydrogen project in Malaysia, laying the foundation for regional hydrogen energy cooperation. According to the agreement, this cooperation focuses on the consumption and cross-regional distribution of liquid hydrogen, simultaneous promotion of multidimensional collaboration: PT. BTG will undertake the distribution responsibility of the liquid hydrogen factory - after the factory is put into operation, some of the liquid hydrogen will be supplied to local hydrogen refueling stations in Malaysia to achieve near consumption, and the remaining liquid hydrogen will be distributed in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore by PT. BTG, to establish a stable consumption network. The two parties will jointly invest in the construction of a hydrogen gas factory in Indonesia; at the same time, PT. BTG will purchase GUOFUHEE's liquid hydrogen transport tanks, hydrogen refueling station equipment, and other core equipment to provide hardware support for the consumption network. This signing is an important step for GUOFUHEE to expand into the Southeast Asian hydrogen energy market. In the future, the two parties will deepen cooperation starting from this agreement, supporting the construction of a low-carbon energy system in Southeast Asia, and jointly promoting high-quality development of the cross-regional hydrogen energy industry.
