BINGO GROUP (08220) has announced on October 25, 2025, that the main shareholder, Beglobal Investments Limited, has entered into an option agreement with the buyer, Global Star Investment Group Limited. Under this agreement, the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase, and the seller has conditionally agreed to transfer and sell shares, with the corresponding price to be determined according to the applicable transfer scheme, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the option agreement.
