SUNKWAN PPT (06900) announced that on October 10, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the Stock Exchange Listing Committee determined that the company failed to comply with the resumption guidance before the resumption deadline of October 1, 2025, and decided to cancel the listing status of the company's shares according to Listing Rule 6.01A(1). The letter stated that unless the company applies for a review of the delisting decision under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the listing status of the shares will be cancelled from 9:00 am on October 27, 2025. After considering the facts and circumstances of the company, the company does not intend to apply for a review of the delisting decision under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules.
