CMOC Group Limited (03993) announced that, after nomination and deliberation by the seventh Board of Directors and the seventh Governance Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Peng Xuhui as a candidate for executive director of the seventh Board of Directors, with a term from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the annual shareholders' meeting in 2026. After nomination and deliberation by the seventh Board of Directors and the seventh Governance Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Peng Xuhui as the President and CEO of the company, and to appoint Mr. Branko Buhavac as the Vice President and Chief Business Officer.
