ANGELALIGN (06699) announced that the company will establish a new senior management position - Chief Strategic Officer (CSO). The main responsibilities of this position will focus on the overall strategic planning for the company in the medium to long term, implementation of strategic key projects, leadership in exploring innovative directions, and driving the coordinated development of investee companies. The Board has appointed Executive Director Song Xin as the Chief Strategic Officer of the company, effective from November 1, 2025. Following this appointment, Song Xin will no longer serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the company.
