MINDTELL TECH (08611) appoints Zhang Rongxuan as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and authorized representative.

MINDTELL TECH (08611) announced that Mr. Zhong Yibin has resigned as Executive Director and Group CEO, and has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. He will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board or Company Authorized Representative, effective from October 24, 2025. On the same day, Mr. Zhang Rongxuan, Executive Director, will assume the roles of Chairman of the Board, CEO, and Authorized Representative. Mr. Ruan Junhui has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee respectively. Additionally, Mr. Xiao Jianming has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director in order to focus more on personal matters. He will no longer serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee or as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Xie Jinxiang has also resigned as a Non-Executive Director to dedicate more time to personal affairs.
