SUPERACTIVE GP (00176) announced that the company (as defendant) has received a subpoena from the Court of First Instance of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region dated October 21, 2025. The subpoena was issued on behalf of Fung Sing Limited (as plaintiff) against the company. As stated in the claim statement attached to the subpoena, the plaintiff is seeking a claim of HK$547 million (outstanding amount) from the company, which includes the principal amount of the outstanding bonds payable as of October 19, 2025, along with accrued contractual and default interest. The plaintiff is also seeking default interest at an annual rate of 25% on the outstanding amount from October 20, 2025 until the date of full payment, as well as further interest, legal costs, and other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
Trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has been suspended since 9:00 am on April 1, 2025, and will remain suspended.
