Huatai (06886): Cui Chun no longer serves as the chairman of Huatai Asset Management Company.

Huatai (06886) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huatai Asset Management"), recently held the seventh interim meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Directors in 2025. Due to job changes, Ms. Cui Chun no longer serves as the Chairman of Huatai Asset Management, and the responsibilities of the Chairman will be assumed by Mr. Jiang Xiaoyang.
